IT Functional Analyst – Business applications – Trainee 

As an IT Business Application Functional Analyst Trainee, you will assist in ensuring that business applications meet the strategic objectives and operational requirements of the organization, helping to translate business needs into functional specifications and supporting the successful implementation of software solutions. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• IMPORTANT – Languages: fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese (valuable) 

• Strong interest in business operations and information technology systems.

• Ability to work with multicultural teams.

• Communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and engage with new technologies.

• Technical skills

• Understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases.

Tasks 

• Analyse Business Processes

Identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes. 

• Gather Requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.

• Translate requirements

Convert business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams.

• Testing and Validation

Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.

• Create Documentation

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.

• Training and Support

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
