Is looking for engineering recruiters to help us to hire the best talent available worldwide. It will be necessary to create ways to identify passive candidates and to contact engineers working to show our current and future vacancies. To design a targeted recruiting strategy to hire the best engineers, will be necessary because it is probably that a large percentage of them will be working. There will be always a timeline so it is very important to be highly organized, to manage tools confidently like LinkedIn or similar, job boards, CRM and data base.

Education Requirements:

  • Fluent English C1/C2. Key requirement.
  • Experience running searches with Boolean, LinkedIn, and job boards is a must.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Proactive persone.
  • Working in a team capacity.

Imprescindible nivel de inglés C1 / C2

Duración (indicar fecha prevista de  inicio y finalización, o bien periodo en meses) 240 horas

Actividades a desarrollar

Main activities: You will learn how to source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within Schedule.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
